Vexalent provides web development, UI/UX design, branding, motion design, and related digital services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a separate proposal or agreement between Vexalent and the client.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this site by, any third party.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all content on this website — including logos, text, graphics, and the Vexalent brand — remains the property of Vexalent Technologies. Deliverables produced for a client become the client's property only once the relevant project has been paid for in full, as set out in the applicable project agreement.
Payment schedules, milestones, and amounts are agreed upon per project before work begins. Late payments may result in a pause of ongoing work until the account is brought current.
Vexalent Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
